Monitoring methodology
Field observations are private drafts until submitted and acknowledged by the server. Result reports require original evidence. A different authorised reviewer checks the report before approval. Publication is a separate deliberate action. Arithmetic and duplicate flags explain inconsistencies; they are not proof of fraud. One current result summary per polling unit, contest and organisation can be published. Withdrawal retains an audit record. Incomplete coverage must not be interpreted as a declared result or prediction. PollAxis cannot verify how an individual voted.
